Credit top-ups
Unused credits from a top-up may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no reserved or consumed credits are outstanding from that lot.
Failed generations
Credits follow the upstream provider billing state. Unbilled failures release your reservation in full. If the provider reports the task as billed, the charge stands — we do not promise unconditional refunds.
Subscriptions
Memberships can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Partial-period refunds are handled case by case.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks and disputes place the account on risk hold and may revoke unconsumed credits from the disputed payment.
